How many users or connection that can connect to my BNC, ZNC or Psybnc program?

The max user for ZNC or BNC is 2 users connect to 2 different IRC servers.
You can connect to as many IRC network that you like.
For example, 2 in freenode, 2 connection in EFnet, 2 connection in Dalnet, and so on.
